Warning! - if you try to send mail through our server and it gives you a error message or warning, stop sending immediately. This may be a blocked e-mail address or your mail has been flagged as spam. If you continue your account may be suspended indefinitely. This is because of the anti-spam software installed on the server. Sorry for this but you can thank all those worthless spammers for this. To signup click on the link that says "New users sign up!" located just below the login button at the very top of our main page. Our E-mail service is provided to us through a partner website, all information is secure. If you have trouble signing up make sure that your browser is set to accept cookies. Try lowering the privacy settings on your browser a notch. If you are still unable to login or signup contact us at help@runhorse.com. We will get back to you within 48 hrs. Free Picks: We provide free picks every day our featured tracks are racing. You don't need to sign-up to access our free picks. Simply select the day of the week you want from the calendar located below our runhorse.com banner on our mainpage. Then click on the track you want. Its as simple as that. Are Purchases Safe?: Using your credit card to make purchases on our website is completely safe. In fact we use an accredited billing company (paypal.com an ebay company) to handle all of our credit card transactions. They are in the business of processing web transactions and are one of the safest and most reliable credit card processors on the internet. All transactions are routed through their services and use ssl encryption (secure socket layer) the industry standard. Your browser must be capable of ssl encryption to make purchases through our website. Power Figures: The numbers listed next to our selections are called runhorse.com power figures. They are one of the most sophisticated handicapping tools you will ever use. Note: we no longer include the power figure with our pick, they are however calculated to make our selection. We just no longer post them along with the tips. Our software is a trade secret, we would never divulge or sell it. It is just too valuable.
